Flexible Work - Part Time Sales Rep
About the role
Vector Marketing is looking to fill part-time sales positions right away. Reps sell Cutco products through one-on-one appointments, explaining the products, and placing any orders. No previous work experience is required—only a willingness to work with others.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and sales appointments
- Explain Cutco kitchen and outdoor products to customers
- Process customer orders during appointments
- Build rapport and engage with customers one-on-one
Pay
Reps earn $18.00 per completed appointment, regardless of sales results. Additional earnings are possible through commission. Pay is not dependent on performance; even during slower weeks, reps are paid for the appointments they complete.
Schedule
We help reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work full-time, others part-time, and some seek supplemental income around classes, other jobs, or family obligations. Meetings and training are held in the office; after training, reps work locally.
Requirements
- Enjoys working with others
- All ages 18+ or 17 with a high school diploma are encouraged to apply
- Available to interview within the week
- Willing to learn and apply new skills
Qualifications
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—retail, fast food, cashier, grocery store clerk, administrative assistant, receptionist, server, landscape, warehouse worker, and beyond—as well as those with no prior work experience. A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people are the most important traits.
