Flexible Work - Part Time Sales Rep
About the role
Vector Marketing is looking to fill part-time sales positions right away. Reps sell Cutco products through one-on-one appointments, explaining the products and placing any orders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one appointments to present Cutco products
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Process customer orders during appointments
Pay
Reps are paid a $25.00 base appointment fee that is not based on sales or results. Additional earnings are possible through commission. Payment is received even during off weeks based on work completed.
Schedule
We help reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some part-time, and others make extra income around classes, other jobs, and family obligations.
Requirements
- Enjoys working with others
- All ages 18+ or 17 and a high school graduate are encouraged to apply (some conditions apply)
- Able to interview within the week
- Willing to learn and apply new skills
Qualifications
No previous knowledge about home goods, sales, or work experience is required. People from all different lines of work have succeeded, and applicants without any work experience are welcome if they have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
About Cutco
Cutco products are used in the kitchen and include some outdoor tools.
Training
We've been training people to do well for over 40 years. Reps work locally after training; meetings and training are held in the office. Even if someone doesn't stay with us long-term, the sales, networking, and communication skills they build are valuable in every field.
