They specialize in arranging a wide range of travel experiences, including cruises, hotels, vacation homes, and all-inclusive resorts, delivering personalized travel solutions tailored to clients' preferences, interests, and budgets.

About the Role

This position assists clients with researching, planning, and securing travel arrangements while providing personalized service throughout the booking process. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, customer service, and working independently in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking cruises, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel experiences.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers to obtain exclusive deals, promotions, and available travel offers.
• Stay informed about travel industry trends, policies, destinations, and supplier programs.
• Manage client inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, payments, and interactions.
• Participate in training sessions, supplier webinars, and educational opportunities to expand travel industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain self-motivated.
• Comfortable using online booking platforms and learning new software and technology.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Pay

Salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year.
