Essential Job Functions
- Evaluate and diagnose issues and determine required repairs for incoming flexible endoscopes
- Repair, refurbish, recondition, or replace missing or worn parts of flexible endoscopes to OEM specifications
- Using SIS order entry system, input required data needed to generate accurate repair quotes for customers
- Accurately complete all evaluation, estimate, and quality control paperwork in a timely manner
- Regularly communicate anticipated repair completion dates
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times
- Work as valuable partner to the customer and an effective SIS team member
- Actively participate in continuing education and training
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Teachable, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Acute attention to detail and an aptitude for analyzing and solving problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping safety and service paramount
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Capable of using both hands to manipulate instruments, tools and machinery
- Availability to work occasional overtime
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- High school graduate or equivalent
