Qualifications

• Sub license required, teaching license preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the Highline mission
• Strong classroom management and student relationship building skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged

Minimum Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, sit, stand, grab or hold with one or both hands
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without difficulty
• Maintain appropriate demeanor and professional classroom behavior when working with children and adults
• The ability to sit for extended periods during group training

Salary

$47,000-$58,000

Highline uses a pay scale to increase pay transparency and equity. Our salary range is based on experience and degree.
