About the role
The Program Manager oversees all program operations, remains available 24/7, hires and supervises staff, conducts in-service training, monitors compliance, and manages various aspects of the residential program.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all program operations
- Remains available 24/7
- Hires and supervises program staff
- Conducts in-service training
- Maintains compliance with safety and health codes
- Conducts intakes, maintains waiting lists, and communicates with referral sources
- Maintains program census and approves service plans
- Facilitates multidisciplinary services and case conferences
- Maintains case records and ensures timely documentation
- Monitors and reviews progress notes and documentation
- Conducts internal audits and reports on compliance
- Maintains program licenses, accreditations, and certifications
- Designs and implements quality assurance and utilization review plans
- Investigates and addresses resident complaints and grievances
- Enforces terms and conditions in client agreements and leases
- Facilitates replenishment of supplies and maintenance
- Serves as a manager for additional residential programs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and experience required: Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline, three years of experience working with the mental health population. License in a Mental Health discipline preferred. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Pay
$80,000 - $84,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible days and hours, including both day and evening shifts. Must be available 24/7 by cell phone.
