About the role
Marksman Security is seeking part-time Flex Security Officers in San Ramon, CA. This role offers flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain site access control and visitor logs.
- Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor check-ins.
- Maintain a professional presence while enforcing corporate security policies.
- Conduct patrols and safety checks.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Write detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards.
- Follow all company, client, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with report writing.
- Computer skills are a must.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Monitoring and surveillance experience.
- Essential Computer Competencies.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
- Comfortable with Outdoor Environment in Diverse Weather Conditions.
Qualifications
- Security Guard Experience Preferred, Not Required!
- Must successfully pass Pre-Employment background check.
