Job Skills / Requirements

• $18.00 Per Hour!
• MUST have valid driver’s license.
• Must have own reliable vehicle.
• Flexible 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift coverage.
• On-call flex officer training at multiple locations.
• Schedule changes are frequent, must be available.
• Federally recognized holidays paid time and a half.
• Time-and-a-half pay for short notice on scheduled days off.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Driver's License and good driving record.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple sites.
• Pass background check.
• Must be able to obtain a State Security Officer License.
• Must not have any felonies.
• Must pass on-site drug test.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional in all settings, open communication with Operations Manager.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report any facility issues.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations if applicable.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must not have any felonies.
• Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.

• This job reports to the Supervisor.
• This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
• Relocation is not provided and travel is required frequently.
