Flex Security Officer- Corporate

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Flex Security Officer for a Concierge position. The ideal candidate must have open availability and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Tell us about how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.
• Build meaningful connections with customers and visitors.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Create badges for customer employees, vendors, and guests.
• Must be computer literate - able to type and learn new programs.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Achie and pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state license if required.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

Available to work Mornings, Evenings, or Overnights - Any Day of the Week.
