Flex Security Officer- Corporate

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Flex Security Officer for a Concierge position. The ideal candidate must have open availability and a valid driver's license. The role requires a high focus on customer service due to interactions with people on various shifts in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Create badges for customer employees, vendors, and guests
• Must be computer literate - able to type and learn new programs

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Achieve and pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Prior security experience or at least 2 years of verifiable experience in customer service is preferred
• Prior badging experience is a plus

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)
