Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly and professionally to emergency situations, including disturbances, threats, and potential criminal activity.
• Monitor access points and perform security checks on vehicles and personnel.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as necessary to address incidents or security concerns.
• Enforce all company regulations, policies, and procedures while interacting with the public in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide detailed written reports, documenting all incidents and observations accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• You are 21 years old or older
• You have a CT State Security Guard License endorsement
• You have or be able to attain all necessary immunizations
• You can ace and pass an extensive screening process
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• You can respond to high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness
• First aid certification is an asset
• You are able to stand and walk for the entire shift
