Flex Driver-1

Interview position focused on ensuring timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes. Responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review orders prior to delivery
• Load and unload vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Operate in a PC Windows environment
• Complete mandatory testing and training, including recurrence training and annual accreditations
• Work varying shifts based on business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license
• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
• Driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application
• In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations

Pay

$21.09/hour

Schedule

• Flexible shift opportunities (minimum and maximum hours, days of work parameters will be determined based on business requirements)
• Mon to Sat operations for selecting shifts
• Shift/timings may vary based on operational needs
• 3 months to learn or adjust to the job
