Flex Data Center Security Officer
About the role
The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols. Objectives include ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and company assets; maintaining a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm; helping prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security threats; responding effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage; upholding company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards; providing visible deterrence against criminal activity and suspicious behavior; supporting organizational operations by creating a safe and secure workplace; protecting sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access; conflict resolution and de-escalation; and performing access control at security entrances/exits. Primary site location: Hillsboro, OR.
Schedule
Must be available any day, 2nd and 3rd shifts & will be stationed at various site locations.
Pay
Wage: $23.50/Hour
