FLEX Customer Service Security Officer

About the role

The Flex Customer Service Security Officer position is available in multiple locations including Seattle, WA, and the Bellevue, Redmond, Kent, and Renton areas. This role offers flexible schedules, with the option to work 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits
• Conduct patrols inside/outside the client's premises, including in various weather and terrain conditions
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Provide detailed written reports
• Work in a team environment to achieve site/organizational goals daily
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned sites

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent within 6 months
• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security
• Standard computer/technology skills
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
• Great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout shifts
• Able to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment

Pay

$28.90/hr

Schedule

No set schedule; eligible to work 40+ hours per week. Available shifts include: Day: 6am-2:45pm, Swing: 2pm-10:45pm, Grave: 10pm-6:45pm
