Customer Service Security Officer

About the role

Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in a Concierge post? As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What matters most in a role like this is your ability to build meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Pay & Schedule

• Site Location: Hattiesburg, MS
• Set schedule: Wednesday–Thursday 12pm–7pm, Friday–Saturday 1pm–9pm, and Sunday 12pm–6pm (36 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
