About the role

As an assembler at Maxcess International, you will be responsible for assembling components according to detailed blueprints and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints accurately.
• Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all assembled parts are properly inspected before finalizing the product.
• Work alongside other team members to maintain a high level of productivity and quality control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of assembly processes and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
