Flex Associate Producer - SPV - Michigan Avenue

Key Responsibilities

• Set up video set daily including filming fixtures, set laptop, and product for shoots
• Ensure talent is prepped on product and workflow, and adhere to filming schedule to reach throughput goals per shift
• Aid in product prep (hanging, steaming, tag and censor removal) and product wrap-up (re-tagging, boxing, shipping)
• Coach talent on set to create engaging and valued content
• Occasionally support training for new crew members
• Provide accurate data entry, tracking of processes, and communication with program teams
• Offer constructive feedback on talent to enhance program vision
• Communicate on-set progress, future needs, and process efficiencies
• Communicate with store teams and leaders as needed to ensure smooth workflow, and provide feedback to regional leaders on any set or store issues

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, highly organized, goal-oriented team player with commitment to outstanding customer service
• 2+ years' experience on set producing video for e-commerce, commercial or retail
• Comfortable operating in a constantly evolving environment characterized by fast and changing deadlines
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Styling experience is preferred

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.25 hourly

Additional Information

• This is a flexible schedule, as needed position and not full-time. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work
