Flex Advanced Practitioner for Primary Care at Baystate Health
Position Highlights
The Ideal AP will assume the responsibility of providing coverage across multiple sites. This is a hybrid position involving a balanced combination of both remote and onsite responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a primary care or specialty setting.
- Strong commitment to working with our underserved community and comfort with medically complex patients and the ability to function well as part of a medical team is essential.

Pay
- Salary Range: $130,500-$165,300
Schedule
A hybrid schedule for balance and flexibility — 1 remote day + 4 on-site days at various locations as needed to support the site’s operational demands.
