About the role
CMC is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join their team in Goffstown, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients in accordance with medical standards and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct routine physical exams and order appropriate diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Must be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine without OB
- New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians, and administration
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
