Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing a customer base within previously structured demographics.
- Maintaining monthly sales objectives set by management.
- Communicating with the Director and/or Sales Manager of Fleet Truck Sales.
- Preparing equipment for sale and ensuring it meets established condition parameters.
- Maintaining a professional appearance in the sales facility.
- Coordinating the reconditioning process with Werner Maintenance.
- Monitoring the reconditioning process, including tracking time and quality.
- Assisting in the transportation of equipment to vendor locations.
- Maintaining necessary paperwork and dealer licenses.
- Performing related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience selling class 8 equipment.
- Ability to generate leads for sales.
- Positive and proactive communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining professional facilities.
- Knowledge of reconditioning processes and equipment preparation.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills for managing paperwork and licenses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
