Fleet Technician (DOT)

$35.35 per hour

Beloit, WI

Schedule

• 5 days a week
• Shift: 10 pm – 6:30 am
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, and off‑shift

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid non‑DOT driver’s license; not suspended or revoked for a moving violation within the past three years
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to work in tight spaces for extended periods (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Willingness to work on/under trucks for an entire shift (8–12 hours) (with or without reasonable accommodation)

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and completing preventative maintenance
• Work alongside experienced mechanics on more complex repairs and troubleshooting
• Manage parts inventory and accurately charge parts and labor to work orders using provided systems
• Build relationships with vendors when obtaining estimates for parts or outside labor
