Join Parsons and take your automotive career on the road. Parsons is hiring a Fleet Technician/Mechanic & Quality Assurance Officer to support fleet operations and inspection station compliance in the Dauphin, Lebanon, and York County areas.

What You’ll Do

• Perform light to medium repairs and maintenance on company fleet vehicles
• Track vehicle service, repairs, and inspections
• Conduct audits of safety and emissions inspection stations
• Investigate complaints, complete reports, and document compliance issues
• Travel throughout your assigned territory visiting stations and supporting program compliance
• Help maintain fleet readiness, garage organization, and shop safety

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Ability to understand and apply safety and emissions regulations
• Valid, clean PA driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical automotive training preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Safety Inspection and Emissions certifications, or willingness to obtain
