Fleet Supervisor Springdale,AR DatePosted : 10/8/2026 4:14:42 AM JobNumber : DTS1017347840 JobType : Contract Skills: Fleet Operations | Transportation Management | Logistics | Supply Chain | Driver Coordination | Customer Service | Safety | Operations Support | Microsoft Office Suite | Communication | Teamwork | Problem Solving | Performance Optimization | Time Management Job Description Schedule: 40 hours/week; primarily nights and weekends Shift Examples: Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sun–Thu, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM Pay Rate: $22.00/hr Work Arrangement: Onsite Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day fleet and transportation operations.Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, Driver Training, HR, and Planning teams.Partner with drivers, customers, and production/distribution facilities to maintain effective communication.Monitor transportation performance and help optimize fleet operations.Support safe, reliable, and timely transportation services.Address operational issues and coordinate solutions across departments.Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers.Promote teamwork, collaboration, and operational efficiency.Perform additional transportation and fleet-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred.College degree preferred.Ability to work primarily night and weekend shifts.
