Fleet Specialist

About the role

The Fleet Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained in good condition, and coordinating with drivers to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance schedule for all company vehicles
• Oversee the inspection and repair of vehicles as needed
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure vehicles are ready for dispatch
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
• Prepare reports on fleet usage and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Experience with fleet management software
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
