Fleet Service Advisor

About the Role

Fremont Ford is seeking an experienced, motivated Fleet Service Advisor to serve commercial customers, build long‑term relationships, and grow a strong book of fleet business. This is not an entry‑level position; candidates should have proven performance in Fleet Service and/or Ford Service and be ready to leverage the dealership’s resources to increase earnings.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to commercial and fleet customers, ensuring vehicles stay on the road.
• Build and maintain long‑term fleet relationships and grow a personal portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Manage multiple vehicle service orders and customer accounts simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, parts department, and management.
• Follow up with customers, keep them informed, and ensure satisfaction beyond simply writing repair orders.
• Utilize dealership resources, including the dedicated Fleet Service Drive and Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in automotive fleet services or Ford Service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Understanding of the needs and urgency of commercial customers.
• Comfortable managing multiple vehicles and accounts.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, technicians, parts, and management.
• Relationship‑building focus rather than solely generating repair orders.
• Highly organized, accountable, competitive, and performance‑motivated.
• Ford experience highly preferred; existing fleet and commercial service experience is a major plus.

Compensation

High‑income opportunity with earnings approximately $10,000‑$20,000+ per month based on performance and the applicable pay plan.
