AdministrativeFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "The Fleet Receptionist / Inventory Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and fleet clients while supporting the dealership's fleet operations. This role is responsible for managing vehicle inventory records, coordinating incoming and outgoing vehicle logistics, maintaining accurate pricing information, and providing administrative support to the Fleet Sales Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced automotive environment." That's about the role. Then "JOB TITLE: Fleet Receptionist / Inventory Coordinator REPORTS TO: Fleet Manager LOCATION: Loveland, OH FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt" - we should fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably include location and reports to in a short paragraph. Then "A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" then sections: Reception & Administrative Support, Inventory Management, Incoming & Outgoing Inventory Logistics, Vehicle Pricing Administration, Customer & Vendor Communication. Each with bullet points. Then "WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:" then "Qualifications" list: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset. Previous experience in automotive, fleet management, inventory control, logistics, or administrative support preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Then "Key Competencies" list: Customer Service Excellence Inventory Control & Accuracy Logistics Coordination Data Entry & Record Management Pricing Administration Problem Solving Team Collaboration Attention to Detail Time Management Then "Physical Requirements" list: Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to occasionally move between dealership departments and vehicle lots. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Then "Performance Measures" list: Inventory accuracy and reconciliation results. Timeliness of vehicle processing and deliveries. Pricing accuracy and system maintenance. Customer and vendor satisfaction. Administrative efficiency and organization. Then "HERE’S HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU (AND YOUR LOVED ONES):" list: Medical, dental, and vision benefits Voluntary benefits available Paid time off upon hire Paid company holidays 401(k) with conditional employer match after 6 months of employment Growth potential Automotive discounts Then after that there is EEO boilerplate etc which we need to remove. We need to map to sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (tasks). Requirements? Qualifications? Skills? Benefits? Pay? Schedule. We have no explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should NOT include Pay or Schedule sections because posting does not state them. Benefits we have: medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, PTO, holidays, 401k, growth potential, automotive discounts. So Benefits section. Qualifications: we have qualifications list (education, experience, proficiency, etc). Also Key Competencies maybe could be Skills. Physical Requirements maybe part of Requirements? But we can treat Qualifications as education/experience, Skills as competencies, and maybe Requirements as physical requirements? However the instruction says use headings for those specific names if content exists. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: the list of tasks (reception, inventory management, logistics, pricing, communication). Could be under Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe include physical requirements? But also could include qualifications? Usually qualifications are separate. The headings list includes Qualifications and Skills separate. So we can put: - Qualifications: education, experience, proficiency, DMS, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, multitasking. - Skills: Key Competencies list (Customer Service Excellence, Inventory Control & Accuracy, etc). Could also include physical requirements? But physical requirements maybe under Requirements? However we have a heading "Requirements" in the list. Could use for physical requirements (ability to sit/stand, lift). Or we could combine physical requirements into Qualifications? Better to follow typical: Requirements = minimum qualifications (education, experience). Skills = abilities/competencies. Physical requirements maybe under Requirements as well? But we have both Qualifications and Requirements headings available. Let's assign: - Qualifications: education, experience, proficiency, DMS preferred. - Skills: organizational, time management, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, problem solving, team collaboration, etc (the Key Competencies list). Also maybe include physical requirements? But physical requirements are more like abilities; could be under Requirements? However we have a separate heading "Requirements". Could use for physical requirements (ability to sit/stand, lift). But the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So we can use Requirements for physical requirements, and Qualifications for education/experience, Skills for competencies. Let's see if we have content for each: - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes (tasks list). - Requirements: physical requirements (ability to sit/stand, work at computer, move between departments, lift up to 25 lbs). Also maybe performance measures? But performance measures are not requirements. We'll keep physical requirements. - Qualifications: education, experience, proficiency, DMS preferred. - Skills: Key Competencies list (Customer Service Excellence, Inventory Control & Accuracy, Logistics Coordination, Data Entry & Record Management, Pricing Administration, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration, Attention to Detail, Time Management). Also maybe include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite? That could be skill too but we already placed in Qualifications. Could also include ability to multitask and prioritize (skill). But we already have time management etc. Might duplicate. Let's keep Skills as the Key Competencies list. - Benefits: medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, PTO upon hire, paid company holidays, 401(k) with conditional employer match after 6 months, growth potential, automotive discounts. - Pay: none -> omit. - Schedule: none -> omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the intro paragraph(s) about role, location/reports to maybe as a short paragraph. We need to include the location and reports to info. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with "Reports to: Fleet Manager. Location: Loveland, OH. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt." That is minor metadata; we can include as a

    . Now structure:
