Dealership Service Receptionist

Porsche Audi Dealership looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Service Team. As a Service Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company. We are looking for a professional attitude and appearance for this customer service role Responsibilities include: Greet, happily welcome and assist guests as they call into our dealership.Close and cashier out completed repair orders with clients as they pick up their vehicles.Schedule daily service appointments via phone.Direct visitors.Basic computer skills needed.Reynolds and Reynolds and X-Time Experience a Plus.Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.File paperwork.
