Fleet Mobile Mechanic

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products are consistently delivered to our customers while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package baked goods according to established procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a food service or related industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices.
• Experience with food preparation and packaging.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using food preparation equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some weekend and holiday shifts.
