Salary: $42,000-$58,000 annually What You'll Be Working On Approximate breakdown of responsibilities: 30% truck maintenance and repairs30% wood chipper maintenance and repairs30% small engine maintenance and repairs10% facility and shop maintenance Equipment You'll Maintain Pickup trucksDump trucksWood chippersStump grindersTrailersChainsawsSkid steersOther fleet and operational equipment as needed Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipmentComplete oil changes, filter replacements, brake work, tires, and routine service tasksDiagnose and repair small engine issuesIdentify maintenance concerns before they become larger issuesKeep the shop, yard, and work areas clean and organizedManage inventory and maintain organization of parts, tools, and suppliesAssist with general handyman and facility maintenance projectsWork closely with operations staff to minimize downtime across the fleet Qualifications At least 1 year prior mechanical experience preferred; formal certifications are not requiredMust have a valid driver’s license and relatively clean driving recordExperience with vehicle maintenance, equipment maintenance, or small engine repair preferredMechanically inclined individuals with strong problem-solving abilities are encouraged to applyAbility to work independently and stay productive without constant supervisionComfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in Arizona conditionsAbility to lift equipment and parts as neededStrong attention to detail and organizational skills Schedule Full-time positionFlexible scheduleSome evenings and weekend work is required Benefits Health and dental benefitsPaid time offHoliday pay401(k) benefits
