Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations including vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Manage a team of drivers and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Optimize fuel usage and reduce costs
• Collaborate with other departments to improve fleet management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or logistics
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Knowledge of fleet management software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with fleet management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
