Responsibilities
- Oversee fleet operations including vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Manage a team of drivers and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Optimize fuel usage and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to improve fleet management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or logistics
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of fleet management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with fleet management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
