Responsibilities

• Lead all transportation operations by directing driver teams, coordinating routes and schedules, managing workload execution, resolving delivery issues, overseeing transportation documentation, and ensuring safe, efficient delivery performance.
• Own compliance with DOT, FMCSA, federal, state, local, and company regulations, including Driver Qualification Files (DQFs), Hours of Service (HOS), CSA performance, licensing, drug and alcohol programs, vehicle safety standards, audits, reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and hold drivers accountable through recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, ride-alongs, field observations, performance management, recognition, corrective action, and ongoing use of telematics and fleet systems to improve safety, service,
