We have a need for a Fleet Manager to help us meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned fleet and drivers
- Train and manage people
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Reduce turnover and increase retention
- Prioritize safety in all operations
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in the transportation/trucking industry
- Experience managing an assigned fleet and drivers
- Strong team leadership skills and abilities
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance
- Reefer experience preferred, not required
Qualifications
- Passion for reducing turnover and increasing retention
- Top-notch communication skills
