Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in monitoring fleet tracking systems for your area.
• Aid in the distribution and use of fuel cards and maintain records of all fleet expenses.
• Cope with coordinating the vehicle and equipment needs among crews across a large area.
• Aid in scheduling regular maintenance, processing work orders for repairs, and keeping detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Aid in managing yard and shop inventories and coordinating between office and field personnel.
• Aid the Director of Operations and other leadership in day-to-day operations, attend fleet meetings, and help coordinate follow-up actions.
• Aid in documenting and reporting vehicle accidents and help ensure that fleet vehicles and equipment comply with safety standards.

What We Look For

• Relevant experience in managing a large fleet of trucks and equipment.
• Prior experience with Azuga or other telemetric GPS fleet tracking systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problemsolving skills and adaptability.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
