Responsibilities

• Oversight of a fleet of agency vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, inspected, and operated safely and efficiently
• Management of vehicle scheduling to support programs and daily routes
• Supervision and support of a team of drivers and transportation staff
• Collaboration across departments to ensure timely and responsive transportation for individuals in our programs

Requirements

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience managing vehicles, logistics, or transportation services
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and DOT regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A mission-driven mindset and a heart for helping others
