Responsibilities
- Oversight of a fleet of agency vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, inspected, and operated safely and efficiently
- Management of vehicle scheduling to support programs and daily routes
- Supervision and support of a team of drivers and transportation staff
- Collaboration across departments to ensure timely and responsive transportation for individuals in our programs
Requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing vehicles, logistics, or transportation services
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and DOT regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A mission-driven mindset and a heart for helping others
