About the role
The Fleet Maintenance Trainer develops and delivers training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, and maintenance best practices to enhance safety and quality. They facilitate learning programs, collaborate with leadership, and create a library of core content to ensure effective knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, and maintenance best practices.
- Facilitate learning programs and collaborate with leadership to meet training objectives.
- Create and maintain a library of core training content.
- Customize training materials to address specific needs.
- Support team training initiatives and influence partners to achieve learning goals.
Requirements
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Technical knowledge in engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel maintenance.
- Project management and business acumen.
- Ability to leverage technology for training purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience in adult learning and facilitation (preferred).
- ASE certification or ability to obtain it (preferred).
