Role: Fleet Maintenance Trainer Responsibilities Develop and deliver training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, safety, and maintenance qualityFacilitate engaging learning sessions, blending insights, illustrations, and expertise to meet objectivesCreate a content library, support pre-program activities, and customize training solutionsCollaborate with leadership to ensure learning goals are achieved and deliver team training as neededDemonstrate competencies in business acumen, leadership, project management, and presentation skills Qualifications Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and influence partners and clients effectivelyStrong organization, planning, and project management skillsExcellent facilitation and presentation abilities for diverse group sizesKnowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel maintenanceExperience in adult learning, with ASE certification preferred Skills: Leadership, communication, technical automotive knowledge, technology utilization, and facilitation
