Fleet Maintenance Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, safety, and maintenance quality.
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions, blending insights, illustrations, and expertise to meet objectives.
• Create a content library, support pre-program activities, and customize training solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure learning goals are achieved and deliver team training as needed.
• Demonstrate competencies in business acumen, leadership, project management, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and influence partners and clients effectively.
• Strong organization, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities for diverse group sizes.
• Knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel maintenance.
• Experience in adult learning, with ASE certification preferred.
