Fleet Maintenance Technician - Deerfield

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing all types of vehicles and equipment used in Publix operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Handle customer complaints related to vehicle service.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or related field.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
