About the role
The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, cleaning and shuttle vehicles to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation in addition to upkeep projects. This position does not require for the supervisor to repair the vehicles, mainly consist of coordinating with repair shops, maintaining repair records, reviewing driver vehicle inspection reports and maintaining vehicle. Requires supporting daily transportation services by minimizing downtime and maintaining vehicles according to company and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks).
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet DOT and company standards.
- Complete work orders and maintain records accurately and timely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
- Ensure all shuttle vehicles comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive or diesel mechanic.
- Valid CDL A or B driver's license with passenger endorsement required.
- Valid DOT medical card required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various shop conditions.

Pay
$25.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
