Fleet Maintenance Shift Supervisor - Yellow Iron

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
• Captivates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Maintains inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Supervises personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed.
• Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)
• Driver's License Valid Driver's License Upon Hire

PAY

The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $85,000 - $92,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
