Fleet Maintenance Mechanic - Las Vegas
About the role
Jensen Infrastructure is recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic for our Las Vegas plant. In this role, you will inspect, maintain, and repair fleet equipment while ensuring all work complies with DOT guidelines and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, operate, and maintain diesel trucks, forklifts, and other mobile equipment.
- Assist drivers with vehicle-related issues as needed.
- Perform DOT-required inspections in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed on equipment.
Requirements
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
- 1–2 years of experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Familiar with Diesel Engines, Brake Systems, and Hydraulics.
- Familiar with DOT requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to perform role with minimal direction.
- Commercial Driver's License – Preferred.
