About the role
Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead their team of Technicians and Mechanics in Anaheim, CA. The successful candidate will oversee daily fleet maintenance and repair operations, manage high-volume repair orders, supervise shop operations, ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed, manage parts and inventory, review repair estimates, invoices, and warranty claims, coordinate with clients, dealerships, and vendor service providers, ensure compliance with safety regulations and DOT requirements, and analyze maintenance data to recommend improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet maintenance and repair operations, ensuring minimal downtime
- Oversee a high volume of repair orders and prioritize workflow for maximum efficiency
- Supervise shop operations and/or maintenance staff as applicable
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and documented
- Manage parts and inventory, including ordering, tracking, and cost control
- Review repair estimates, invoices, and warranty claims for accuracy
- Cookordinate with clients, dealerships, and vendor service providers to ensure quality work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, DOT requirements, and company policies
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to operation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of fleet management or shop management experience
- Strong technical/mechanical background (hands-on experience preferred)
- Proven history of managing high-volume repair orders
- Demonstrated experience with inventory and parts management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay
$95,000 to $105,000/yr. based on experience plus additional annual bonus incentives
Schedule
Sunday-Wed or Wed-Sat 11am to 9pm
