About the role

The Fleet Maintenance Front Line Supervisor, PM position at Publix Super Markets, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of the fleet vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with mechanics and suppliers to schedule and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with drivers to address any issues or concerns related to vehicle maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair techniques.
• Experience with fleet management software.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
