Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of tools and equipment to support unit-based contracts efficiently.
• Collapse inspection, maintenance, and repair schedules for all tooling and equipment.
• Collaborate with project teams to anticipate equipment needs and ensure timely availability.
• Track and enforce safety compliance standards related to tooling and equipment usage.
• Optimize procurement strategies to balance quality, cost, and project timelines.
• Provide training and guidance to field teams on proper tool handling and care.

Key Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Commitment to safety and compliance in all aspects of equipment handling.

Nice-to-Haves

• Certifications in equipment maintenance or logistics management.
• Experience in the underground utility or energy sectors.
