Fleet Coordinator - Nashville, TN

Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or other related field. 3 years of demonstrated competency experience in maintenance, fleet/facility operations, or a related technical discipline. OR Education equivalent to graduation from high school 5 years of demonstrated competency in maintenance or related technical discipline. AND Ability to communicate clearly, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide organized customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, audit information, or compliance-related files. Experience coordinating with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders. Experience supporting fleet, facility, maintenance, asset management, or related technical operations. Experience with asset inventory, asset tagging, asset tracking, or maintaining asset records in a database/system. Working knowledge of dashboards, reports, data collection, or data analysis to support operational decision-making. Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, contracts, warranty information, delivery terms, or asset-related financial records.
