Fleet Coordinator
Transdev is seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA to bolster our team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our customers' assets.

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the maintenance and repair of the fleet to ensure vehicles are operational and safe
- Monitor and track vehicle usage, including fuel consumption, mileage, and location
- Ensure fleet operations comply with local and federal regulations and company policies
- Manage vehicle registrations, inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate driver schedules and assignments to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance, and repair logs
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures related to fleet management
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding the vehicles
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of fleet management and transportation laws
- Good understanding of safety regulations and servicing
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Proficient with fleet management software
- Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing (DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason)
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
Physical Requirements
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)
- Frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job
- Tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise

Pay
Competitive compensation package of $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
