About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative fleet professional to help keep our fleet operations running efficiently and safely. In this role, you will support day-to-day fleet asset management, vendor coordination, compliance administration, and sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support fleet standardization and sourcing activities by gathering requirements, coordinating specifications, obtaining and comparing quotes, and tracking orders and purchase orders to help drive cost-effective fleet acquisition.
- Cook upfits and telematics, confirm documentation is complete, and align delivery and deployment timelines with operations teams to coordinate asset commissioning and readiness.
- Maintain fleet system documentation and lifecycle reporting by managing asset master data, tracking utilization and cost inputs, and supporting reporting on asset status, spend, downtime drivers, and standardization compliance.
- Help maintain regulatory, safety, and operational standards through training coordination, audit preparation, documentation review, and tracking corrective actions across job sites.
- Partner with external vendors and service providers to obtain estimates, support service level adherence, validate invoices, and track warranty, recall, and recovery opportunities.
- Work closely with the Fleet Procurement & Asset Manager to support lifecycle governance, including replacement and disposal planning, decommissioning documentation, titling, licensure and registration renewals, fuel tax reporting inputs, and communication of fleet policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in fleet administration, asset management, logistics, procurement support, or a related operations environment, including experience coordinating with vendors.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
- Experience supporting purchasing, contracts, or negotiations preferred, along with the ability to review quotes, invoices, and fleet cost drivers while maintaining strong documentation practices.
- Proficiency with CMMS, fleet management systems, and Excel, along with strong communication skills to work effectively with operations teams, job sites, vendors, and fleet leadership.
- Ability to support audits, training coordination, and policy implementation in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Minimum of three (3) years DOT and/or Fleet administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting purchasing, contracts, or negotiations preferred, along with the ability to review quotes, invoices, and fleet cost drivers while maintaining strong documentation practices.
- Proficiency with CMMS, fleet management systems, and Excel, along with strong communication skills to work effectively with operations teams, job sites, vendors, and fleet leadership.

Salary range is determined based on experience and qualifications.
