What You’ll Do:
- Makes 50–70 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing clients
- Builds and maintains strong, long-term business relationships
- Identifies new opportunities and helps grow the fleet management division
- Collaborates with your team to share ideas, celebrate wins, and hit goals
- Delivers exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, go-getter attitude with a strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys the hustle and is comfortable with heavy phone activity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player who adds to a positive, supportive culture
- Previous sales or call-center experience (a plus)
- Automotive experience preferred
- Experience with VinSolutions or a similar CRM is a bonus
