About the role

Flawless Smiles in Broken Arrow is seeking a General Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join Dr. Ali Torabi’s team. The practice offers clinical autonomy, a strong patient flow, and hands‑on mentorship tailored to your experience level — whether you’re a new graduate building confidence or an experienced dentist ready to step into an established patient base. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your clinical skill set into procedures such as implants, surgical extractions, endodontics, third molars, aligners, and more, while working alongside a supportive team that includes an Office Manager, Hygienists, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Complete full‑mouth examinations, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Provide comprehensive dental care based on individual patient needs
• Educate patients, discuss treatment options, and build long‑term patient relationships
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to maintain efficient practice flow

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
• Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates seeking mentorship
