About the role

Collaborate with team members to cut and assemble window screen frames to changing specifications, using a computer-driven measuring device.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines; and notify others of existing or potential safety issues.
• Aid in other work areas when workload permits or requires.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
• Monitor products constantly to ensure quality standards.
• Thoroughly complete all documentation, such as production reports.
• Assemble various components based on customer specifications and quality standards.
• Thoroughly inspect products for defects or errors.
• Verify size, color, and configuration of production utilizing labeling systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 months of production, assembly or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools including tape measure, air drill, and pneumatic saws.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal communication.

Pay

The hourly wage for this position is $16.00, with bonus potential.

Hours of Operation: 7am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday
