Flat Rate Technician

About the role

Nissan of Turnersville, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Provide technical knowledge and expertise to help repair and maintain vehicles to the highest factory and dealership standards.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Service Advisors regarding customer vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work, and accuracy of estimates and work orders.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting shop operations, including handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.

• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.
